DATA ENTRY: PORTAL BTS

ARTIST'S NOTE: DATA ENTRY: PORTAL is the reimagining of the 1986 Portal, published by Activision, as a VR experience. As the Content Development Team Lead, I:

  • Managed a team of three to ensure that project elements were meeting requirements in a timely manner to produce a 6.5 minute behind the scenes documentary, a teaser trailer, and official game trailer for the VR game
  • Organized 30 interviews, their separate audio files, background music, and 112 b-roll video files on a timeline for easy workflow and archival purposes
  • Coordinated with the social media, multimedia design, web development, game development, and animation teams to schedule interviews and meetings, gather footage from, and create a variety of assets for the creation of a documentary and game trailer
